Reservation
-
Clubs must email our registration team to let us know they're looking to reserve a spot.
-
Clubs then pay (via credit card) to reserve these spots.
-
Spots are confirmed as reserved when our team receives payment.
How do the reservation and Registration Processes work?
Registration
-
After reserving spots, clubs are free to select the participants they'd like to attend.
-
Selected participants can then fill out their respective registration package.
-
The package must be printed out and hand signed. Once completed, participants scan and email the package to our team.
-
Our registration team will confirm if everything is in order and the participant will be fully registered.
