  2. Clubs then pay (via credit card) to reserve these spots.

  3. Spots are confirmed as reserved when our team receives payment.

How do the reservation and Registration  Processes work?

Registration

  1. After reserving spots, clubs are free to select the participants they'd like to attend.

  2. Selected participants can then fill out their registration package.

  3. The package must be printed out and hand signed. Once completed, participants scan and email the package to our team.

  4. Our registration team will confirm if everything is in order and the student will be fully registered.
