How do the reservation and Registration Processes work?
After reserving spots, clubs are free to select the participants they'd like to attend.
Selected participants can then fill out their respective registration package.
The package must be printed out and hand signed. Once completed, participants scan and email the package to our team.
Our registration team will confirm if everything is in order and the participant will be fully registered.
Clubs are still able to reserve spots at the Zone 28 & 32 Interact Convention ahead of time so that they can spend subsequent time finding students to fill those spots.
Rotary Sponsor Clubs will be able to reserve spots by submitting an email of interest to our registration email and paying the total registration fee (learn more in our Payment & Registration Policy).
Convention spots are confirmed once payment is received. Spots are on a first-come, first-serve basis at the Zone 28 & 32 Interact Convention.
DEADLINE: September 13th, 2022
The registration fee is 850 Canadian dollars with an additional $141 as a refundable contingency deposit. Read our Payment & Registration Policy to learn more.
