VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

Depending on role there'll be a brief training on responsibilities and expectations to accompany the role.

FINANCE COMMITTEE

Our Finance Committee coordinates all our finances. Not only do they oversee our bank account, but they'll also outreach to the Zones, Rotary Foundation, Rotary International, Districts, Rotary Clubs, and external organizations for potential sponsorship options.

MARKETING COMMITTEE

This committee spearheads the event's branding. Alongside creating promotional content, committee members will manage our blog, website, and social media. They'll also write and send out press releases and reach out to other Rotary organizations to promote the event.

OPERATIONS COMMITTEE

Our Operations Committee handles the logistics of this event. They coordinate hotel rooms, select the venue and meal plan, and purchase our supplies, decorations, and materials. They're also responsible for coordinating our House of Friendship style fair and hiring and vetting our volunteers and facilitators.

PROGRAM COMMITTEE

This committee is responsible for the overall programming of this event. They create our conference schedule by designing our workshops and activities, coordinating our student-led community volunteering, and selecting our speakers, panelists, and emcees.

REGISTRATION COMMITTEE

If you're extremely organized and skilled at outreach, then this is the committee for you. Over the year, our Registration team will oversee our online and onsite registration processes, maintain good communication with Interact and Rotary clubs in the zone, and manage student transportation.

WORKSHOP FACILITATOR

Compiled of Rotarians and Rotaractors from the Host and Neighbouring Districts, you'll be essential in leading instruction in our workshop and breakout room sessions and instruction through high quality and dynamic workshop facilitation.

Your work may vary as you may be an usher or part of the team helping with check-ins, but one thing that won't change is the fact that'll you'll be part of the high energy crowd that'll provide a warm welcome to our attendees who'll be coming from all over North America, Bermuda, and France.

Work with our Event Design Lead to decorate the conference to be as visually appealing as possible.

INPERSON - LAST DAY

TAKE DOWN CREW

You'll help us clean up and disassemble the venue. Alongside taking a last sweep of the rooms to ensure guests left nothing behind.
